Good advice from a clarinet-playing comedian, actor and film-maker

“Eighty percent of success is showing up.”

So said Woody Allen, the clarinet player referred to in the header of this email.

In any field, continuously doing the unspectacular is a massive component of eventual success.

Athletes, writers and the founders of businesses will tell you that.

When it comes to marketing, what if your business showed up in more places?

The goal being to be seen by more of the right people more frequently.

If that happened, your marketing and sales results would increase.

Perhaps not by 80% to start, but over time, giant leaps in results become very possible (two years for me on one significant project).

How could you do this?

One way is to participate in more trade shows or conferences.

It could also mean layering additional marketing activity around those events.

That would get your products or service seen in more places by the people you most want as your clients.

It’s a highly effective way to increase incoming leads and sales.

You’ll find more on this approach in Trade Show Mastery Part 2, which is currently on sale for just £97 plus VAT.
