How to be a person of influence

Do you love a spreadsheet?

Me, too.

What about a dashboard?

All those numbers, stats and analysis, but

The problem with most dashboards is that they focus on things that have happened.

They are of little use to you when it comes to making the future of your business brighter.

The dashboard you read today is the result of the work that was or was not done months or even years before.

That’s where the person of influence bit comes in.

Are you someone who will influence what will happen two or more quarters further down the road?

Are you thinking about how big the impact of your influence could be?

Do you have a plan to get you there?

What and who are you going to need to achieve the goal?

There are always short-term pressures to deal with.

Significant gains come from strategic thought and action.

 Very best,
