How to lighten your trade show workload

18/01/24Posted in Management, Trade Shows, Training

Here’s an excellent way to lighten your trade show workload.

Get someone else to do it.

Or at least offload some of the tasks you currently handle.

Of course, you’ll need to know that they’ll do a good job.

A thorough briefing from you is the start.

Follow that with regular progress checks.

It’s written for those new to organising trade show stands, and it’s
extremely comprehensive.

The course covers six modules delivered by email over six days.

Your trainee will also receive full course notes in one PDF file.

Plus, they get trade show Budget Spreadsheet examples to help them
keep track of event costs and tasks.

To ensure they bother you not at all, they get to direct questions to me.

If they don’t understand any part of the training, I’ll explain things in more
detail by email, phone, Zoom, or Teams as required.

Their first lesson can be with them in under an hour if you order now.
