Staying ahead of curveball feedback

07/08/24Posted in Events, Exhibiting, Trade show marketing, Training

The balmy days of August are here.

The roads are blissfully empty.

Out Of Office messages abound.

People are delighted to tell us that they are “Away from their desks.”

That could mean they are in a meeting room or cupboard somewhere in the building.

But, more usually, it means they are away from work.

Good for them.

Hopefully, while they are wherever they are, they’re not getting messages from colleagues via a talking towel or any other form of communication like Eric, the guy in the British Airways TV ad.

His boss wants to inform him of “some curveball feedback from senior management.”

The ad is genius.

By the way, Eric made the right decision to get on with his hard-earned holiday and ignore the non-crisis back at base.

If you’re not going away in the month named in honour of Julius Caesar, you could put your mind (or a colleague’s) to some profitable learning.

Our trade show marketing courses can help you improve processes and results.

Yesterday, I mentioned Stand Mastery Part 1

It’s a course for event beginners, but by the end of the training, they will know what’s required to organise a successful trade show stand.

Today, I highlight Stand Mastery Part 2.

It deals with marketing rather than stand organisation.

This course is for you if you want to improve stand traffic, increase conversion, and measure results more effectively.

Very best,
