Trade show marketing is different from simply exhibiting.
For a start, it’s way more proactive.
You take the leading role in engineering sales.
If you’re a marketing person who has just recoiled at the “sales” word, that’s a shame.
But, most disgruntled exhibitors I’ve dealt with always talked about lack of sales as their reason for quitting a show.
They did this even though the events were highly successful for other exhibitors.
Because your business is unique, how you do this “engineering” will depend on your sales situation.
However, the principles are the same for most exhibitors.
I outline many of them in Trade Show Stand Mastery.
The name’s a little bit deceptive.
This course is about marketing more than learning about the mechanics of exhibiting.
The mechanics are well covered because it’s written for beginners and intermediate exhibitors.
However, you’ll find this course extremely helpful if you want an excellent introduction to trade show marketing instead of just exhibiting.
You can see full details on this page of our website.
Very best,
