Here’s an excellent way to inject new thinking into your sales and marketing year.
Make a fresh start.
Look at every major activity you’ve got planned as though you were doing it for the first time.
With fresh eyes, what might you do differently?
Say you’ve got a trade show in the autumn: might you bring more people to work on the stand?
Or, could you get your company into the speaking programme?
Away from events, you might increase incentives for the sales team.
For example, add the opportunity to earn additional money or prizes for step goals achieved.
In your direct marketing, you might revise incentives and special offers.
To extend the reach of your business, you might do joint ventures with one or more partners.
There are many possibilities.
One or more can inject new sales momentum.
One that you will find helpful and easy to apply is Milestone Marketing.
It’s a strategy explained in two of our trade show training courses.
However, the principles apply way beyond events.
You decide how to apply it to your wider thinking.
Trade Show Stand Mastery Part 1 is for event beginners.
Trade Show Stand Mastery Part 2 is for people with some event experience.
As mentioned above, both explain Milestone Marketing Strategy and how to apply it.
That’s just in time for the second half of this year.
Very best,
